Terms and Conditions - Poppy Movers

Welcome to Poppy Movers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our moving services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Booking and Reservations

To secure our services, clients must provide accurate information during the booking process. Reservation Confirmations will be sent via email and are binding upon receipt.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upon completion of the move unless a prior agreement has been made.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
• All payments are non-refundable once the moving service has commenced.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

1. Clients may reschedule their move without penalty if done 72 hours in advance.
2. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours in advance may incur additional charges.

Liability and Insurance

Poppy Movers strives to handle all belongings with care. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss unless it is a result of our negligence.

Insurance Coverage

We offer insurance options to cover potential damages. Clients are encouraged to discuss coverage details with our representatives to ensure adequate protection.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all items are properly packed unless packing services are requested.
• Disassembling large furniture pieces prior to the move.
• Providing clear access to the property for our moving team.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being moved with our services:

• Hazardous materials such as chemicals, flammable liquids, and explosives.
• Perishable food items.
• Valuables including jewelry, cash, and important documents.

Terms of Service

Our services are provided on a "as is" basis. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe that it would be inappropriate or unsafe.

Force Majeure

Poppy Movers is not responsible for any delays or failures in service resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Poppy Movers operates.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which our services are provided. Any legal actions will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts.
